    The Lékué Mini Cannelé Bordelais baking mould is made from 100% platinum silicone and features a non-stick surface that is free from BPA. It has 18 small cavities, each holding 20 ml of batter, for making the classic French cannelé pastry that originates from Bordeaux.

    Thanks to the flexible silicone, the finished cakes can be released from the moulds with gentle pressure, without greasing, buttering or lining the mould with baking paper. The mould is suitable for temperatures from -60 °C to +220 °C, so it can be used in the oven, the microwave and the freezer.

    Measuring 30 × 17.5 × 2.8 cm and weighing 220 g, the mould is compact and easy to handle. It is dishwasher safe and comes in a bright red colour.
