The Lékué Molten Lava Cake silicone soufflé moulds are a set of six black moulds, each holding 150 ml, made for individual lava cakes and soufflés. The 100% platinum silicone lets finished desserts release easily, and the molten centre stays intact. The non-stick surface means greasing is unnecessary in most cases.
The moulds withstand temperatures from -60 °C to +220 °C, so they can be used for baking, chilling and freezing. They are suitable for the oven, microwave, air fryer and freezer. They also work well for muffins, mini bundt cakes, puddings or frozen desserts.
BPA-free and dishwasher safe, the moulds can be nested together to save space in the kitchen cupboard.
