The Lékué Microwave Omelette is an omelette mould made of food-grade platinum silicone that lets you cook a neatly shaped omelette in the microwave in under two minutes. Its half-moon shape ensures even cooking and gives the omelette a classic, folded look. The mould is BPA-free.
The non-stick platinum silicone surface means you need no oil or butter for cooking, making it a lighter way to prepare your food. It is dishwasher safe and easy to clean, and can be used at temperatures from -60 °C to +220 °C.
It is versatile: vegetable, cheese-and-ham or spinach omelettes, egg white wraps and rösti can all be made in it. The mould measures 230 x 115 x 33 mm and weighs 0.16 kg. Its colour is a vibrant red.
