The Lékué Non-Scratch spatula is a flipper designed for omelettes and pancakes. Its flexible head is made entirely of silicone, so it protects non-stick and ceramic-coated pans and helps them stay free of scratches over time.
The extra-thin, wide blade slides under food without damaging it. The ergonomically curved handle sits comfortably in the hand, and the symmetrical shape suits both right- and left-handed cooks.
The silicone head withstands temperatures up to 220 °C, while the PBT plastic handle is heat resistant up to 180 °C. It is made from BPA-free materials and is dishwasher safe. Measuring 35 × 7.6 × 2 cm and weighing just 70 g, it is easy to store, and the built-in hanging loop keeps it within reach.
