LÉKUÉ LK883743 Sourdough Starter Kit sourdough starter set brown

The Lékué sourdough starter kit includes everything needed to start and maintain your own sourdough. The set contains two 700 ml glass jars, a spatula, a marking ring and a silicone strip that lets you track how far the dough rises.

The jars have lids with a special valve that releases the gases produced during fermentation while keeping out contaminants. The movable silicone marking ring shows exactly how much the starter has risen after feeding.

The jars are dishwasher safe, easy to clean and hygienic. The transparent glass lets you watch the fermentation process as it happens. The set suits both home kitchens and food service businesses. Materials: polypropylene, glass, TPE plastic and platinum silicone.
