The Lékué Hasselback slicer is a simple tool for making evenly spaced, accordion-style cuts in potatoes, vegetables and fruit. A built-in stopper keeps the base of the food intact, so seasonings and fillings can reach deep into the dish, while the finger guard keeps handling safe.

The five sharp stainless steel blades produce slices of even thickness, which look appealing and help food cook evenly. The ergonomic handle in terracotta-coloured ABS plastic gives a secure grip. The device withstands temperatures from -20 °C to 80 °C, is dishwasher safe and can be stored in the freezer.
