Laurell K. Hamilton - Angyalok rettentő bukása

In Laurell K. Hamilton's new series, angels walk among us - and so do other extraterrestrial beings.

Detective Zaniel Havelock can talk to angels. He had once studied to be an Angel in order to serve the heavenly beings and his fellow humans, but because of a betrayal he renounced that life with all its promises and possibilities. Today he serves and protects as a policeman, but the angels have not left him since. However, where there are angels, there are also demons...

Havelock is alerted to a brutal murder in a university dormitory and must investigate whether the perpetrator was human or a much more sinister force. Where there is a case of demonic possession, even angelic protection cannot solve everything. Havelock follows the culprit at a deadly pace to prevent another murder, while also having to deal with his own personal demons from his past.

"This is a huge novel. Zaniel Havelock is a wonderful character: a tough detective who speaks with angels in a world where powerful creatures of different religions are not just a real part of people's lives, but also interfere with it. He must have a special talent to he solves paranormal crimes between angels and demons who come and go in the human world."
