    This Lanberg fiber optic patch cable connects two devices over a singlemode optical fibre with SC/APC connectors at both ends. The simplex design is five metres long and suits structured cabling in telecommunications networks, data centres and patch panels. The fibre has a 9/125 µm core and cladding diameter and complies with the G.657.A2 standard, and its minimum bend radius of 8 mm allows neat routing in tight spaces.

    The jacket is made of LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) material, which releases only minimal smoke and no toxic halogen gases in a fire, making it suitable for enclosed or poorly ventilated rooms. The white 3 mm outer sheath provides durable protection for the cable in everyday use.

    The rated operating temperature range is -40 °C to +85 °C.
