Krbekné Liber Etelka's pastry book went through five editions in the 1920s. This edition is based on the 1925 volume published by Brassói Lapok. The book's success and eight editions reflect the interest of lovers of Transylvanian flavors. The 287 recipes show the richness of Transylvanian and Hungarian tastes and confectionary, as the title of the book indicates, "Handbook of Homemade Confectionery and Easier Pastries". Our present volume is another gem of our Hungarian-Transylvanian cookbooks, the publication of which was gladly undertaken by the National Heritage Publishing House.
