CATAN – Das Duell is a compact card game for two players, designed by Klaus Teuber and illustrated by Michael Menzel. It brings the spirit of the popular strategy game CATAN into a card-based format, allowing two players to test their tactical skills against each other.
The box contains 180 cards, 2 wooden markers, 2 wooden dice and 4 card holders. The aim is to manage resources skilfully, develop your settlers' town and get ahead of your opponent. Play is quick, yet the decisions involved are genuinely strategic.
The game is recommended from age 10 and is designed for two players. Dimensions are 195 × 276 × 70 mm, and the weight is 774 grams.
