Kolink Core TX-6 is an aluminum oxide-based thermal paste that provides constant and reliable thermal performance and a thermal conductivity of 6 W/mK. When using the paste, no drying time is required.

Optimum consistency makes application easy as every small space between the CPU core and the heatsink is evenly sealed. The effect: low temperature. This makes the paste perfect for overclocking projects.

The application range is between -150 °C and 350 °C. Since the actual temperature of the CPU will probably never be in this range, this thermal paste will give you a large buffer in terms of application temperature. The paste is not electrically conductive.
