"Allow it! Accept it! Don't cling to it! Look on the bright side! Boringly familiar advice that we gladly share with others - and ourselves. Yet there are so many things in life that we simply cannot accept, we cannot see the bright side, we cannot not to stick to it. It just seems impossible.
In his book The Art of Permission, Balázs Kunó Kiss guides the reader in a detailed, easy-to-understand way, step by step, in understanding how permission can still be applied in every situation. He does all this in an outspoken and unconventional way, questioning almost without exception all habits, worldviews and, above all, spiritual clichés. Kuno's style often seems raw, but as he puts it:
