The KIOXIA CD8P-V is an enterprise solid-state drive designed for modern data centers, offering 6.4 TB of storage in a 2.5-inch form factor. It connects through a PCIe 5.0 x4 NVMe interface and is built on reliable 3D TLC flash memory. The drive is optimized for continuous 24/7 operation and weighs just 130 grams.
Aimed at mixed-use environments, the drive supports up to three full drive writes per day (3 DWPD). Read speeds of up to 12,000 MB/s and write speeds of 5,500 MB/s keep data handling smooth in virtualization and compute-intensive workloads.
Built-in power loss protection (PLP) safeguards data integrity during unexpected shutdowns, while Sanitize Instant Erase (SIE) technology enables fast and secure data erasure.
