According to the specifications, the drive delivers sequential read speeds of up to 7200 MB/s and write speeds of up to 1800 MB/s, with random read performance reaching 1,000,000 IOPS. Its 112-layer 3D BiCS FLASH technology is built for reliable operation around the clock, 24/7.
Data protection features include end-to-end data protection, instant secure erase (SIE) and protection against sudden power loss, helping maintain high data integrity. The drive weighs 130 g.
