Kingston IronKey™ Locker+ 50 USB flash drives provide consumer-grade security with AES hardware encryption in XTS mode, including protection against BadUSB with digitally signed firmware and Brute Force password attacks. The LP50 is also TAA compliant. LP50 now supports multi-password (administrator and user) option with complex or passphrase mode. Complex mode allows 6-16 character passwords using 3 of 4 character sets. The new password mode allows for a numeric PIN code of 10-64 characters, a phrase, a list of words or even song lyrics. The administrator can enable the user password or reset the user password to restore access to the data. To facilitate password entry, the "eye" symbol can be enabled to reveal the typed password, reducing typos that lead to failed login attempts. Brute Force protection blocks the user if 10 consecutive invalid passwords are entered and encrypts the drive if the administrator password is entered incorrectly 10 times in a row. In addition, a built-in virtual keyboard protects passwords from keyboard and screen loggers. Locker+ 50 is designed for convenience with a small metal case and a built-in key loop to take your data anywhere. The LP50 also features optional USBtoCloud (ClevX®) backup, allowing you to access data on the drive from your personal cloud storage via Google Drive™, OneDrive (Microsoft®), Amazon Cloud Drive, Dropbox™ or Box. LP50 is easy for anyone to set up and use, no app installation required; all necessary software and security are already on the drive. It works on both Windows® and macOS®, so users can access files from multiple systems.
