The Kensington Privacy Filter is a removable privacy screen designed for 15.6-inch (39.6 cm) widescreen 16:9 laptop displays. It keeps unauthorised people from viewing what is on your screen. Its two-way privacy function makes the content visible only from directly in front of the display, while viewers from the side see very little.
The filter is made of 3H-hardness PET (polyethylene terephthalate) with a scratch-resistant, fingerprint-resistant surface. An anti-glare coating reduces unwanted reflections, and the built-in blue light filter is intended to help protect your eyes during long hours at the screen. The transparent film weighs just 30 g.
It attaches to the display with static cling and can be removed again, making it convenient for everyday use. The product complies with the RoHS and REACH environmental regulations.
