    Product description

    The JVC KD-X282BT is a compact car stereo combining Bluetooth connectivity, a front USB port and lossless FLAC playback. Its short 100 mm chassis makes installation straightforward in many vehicles, including those with limited dashboard space. Up to five Bluetooth devices can be connected at the same time, so every passenger can share music via the JVC Streaming DJ app. Hands-free calling, phonebook access (PBAP) and voice dialling are included, and the JVC Remote app for iOS and Android lets you control the unit from your smartphone.

    The front USB port supplies charging current of up to 1.5 A and an auxiliary input is also fitted. A 13-band graphic equaliser, a digital sound processor and JVC's K2 technology are designed to refine the sound, while the amplifier is rated at a maximum of 4 x 50 W.

    The detachable front panel features a white LCD backlight, automatic and manual brightness control and red button illumination for clear operation. FM with RDS and AM reception are built in.
