This JUTAVIT food supplement combines iron bisglycinate with vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and folate in a pack of 60 film-coated tablets. Iron and vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, and help to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Iron takes part in oxygen transport and energy-producing metabolism, while folic acid supports normal blood formation. Vitamin C enhances the absorption of iron. Take one tablet a day with a drink, swallowing it whole.
The supplement does not replace a balanced, varied diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store at room temperature, protected from light, and keep out of the reach of children.
