JK FITNESS Recumbent exercise bike JK 314

The JK 314 is a mid-range electromagnetic exercise bike with backrest. It is equipped with a balanced 9 kg flywheel and a 17 cm crank, which ensure smooth and pleasant pedaling at all speeds. The resistance is manually regulated using a rotary switch that can be adjusted on an 8-level intensity scale.

The JK 314 offers excellent ergonomics, which is reinforced by versatile adjustment options. The reclining seat also allows taller users to comfortably use it: the leg extension can be adjusted between 72 and 96 cm, while the distance between the seat and handlebars can be adjusted between 57 and 70 cm. The ergonomic seat's gradual density padding provides a comfortable hold during longer workouts, while the mesh backrest provides excellent ventilation. The non-slip, self-adjusting pedal with a foot fastening strap helps to maintain the correct foot position in all training phases.

The JK 314 has a built-in receiver that is compatible with the most popular fitness apps such as Zwift and Kinomap, making training even more enjoyable, even while cycling around the world virtually.

There is a practical mobile phone/tablet holder on the console, and the following data can be monitored on a large, multifunctional display: time, distance, speed, calories, heart rate, total distance traveled (odometer). Two grip sensors on the rear handlebar are available for heart rate measurement, as well as an optional chest heart rate belt.

The solid frame rests on stabilizers with two self-adjusting rear pads that ensure stability up to a user weight of 125 kg. The front part has two transport wheels that make it easy to move the bike from one room to another. The weight of the JK 314 exercise bike is 33.5 kg, dimensions: 145.5 x 66.5 cm, height 113.5 cm - the perfect choice for those looking for a powerful yet space-saving solution.
