JK FITNESS Power rack 6067

The black training frame of JK Fitness 6067 is excellent for both beginners and advanced athletes, as well as competitive athletes.

The massive tool, developed primarily for building strength and muscle mass, helps with conditioning abilities, such as also in improving speed and endurance.

It can be used with smaller or larger weights, depending on the strength of the user, and is also suitable for doing pull-ups.

All we have to do is set the crossbar to the desired height and width before starting the training.

Correct posture is a common problem when lifting weights, failure to do so can even lead to injuries.

However, with the help of the training frame, we don't have to worry about this, since thanks to its design, we can pay more attention to weight and movement.

Another advantage is that you can safely complete the exercises alone, without a training partner.

The maximum load of the JK Fitness 6067 training frame is 150 kg.

The power frame can only be used with 26 and 51 mm discs!
