The i-tec Solomon 300 is a USB webcam offering true 4K resolution with an 8.29 megapixel CMOS sensor, designed for presentations, team meetings and video calls in modern shared workspaces and home offices. Its 92-degree field of view captures a wide area of the room or desk. A built-in privacy shutter lets you cover the lens when the camera is not in use.
Automatic image optimisation keeps picture quality consistent. Auto exposure (AE) adjusts brightness and contrast as lighting changes, auto white balance (AWB) delivers neutral whites and natural skin tones, and automatic black level control (ABLC) preserves shadow detail and contrast.
The camera records at 3840x2160 (4K Ultra HD), 1920x1080 at 60 fps and 1280x720 at 30 fps. The built-in microphone picks up speech from up to three metres away. With a fixed focus, the webcam can be mounted on a monitor or tripod, and it weighs just 107 grams.
