Isla medic Hydro+ throat lozenges are a cherry-flavoured, sugar-free sweet with a hydrogel complex of carbomer, xanthan gum, hyaluronic acid and Icelandic moss extract. Suitable for children from 6 years of age, the pack contains 20 lozenges.

Xanthan gum binds large amounts of water, while carbomer forms a protective gel layer on irritated mucous membranes. Hyaluronic acid creates a moist film on the surface of the mucosa. The dried Icelandic moss extract contains more than 80% mucilage, which dissolves completely while sucking and coats the mouth, throat and larynx like a balm.

The lozenges are intended to ease typical cold and sore-throat complaints such as hoarseness, dry mucous membranes, difficulty swallowing and dry coughing caused by irritated mucosa.
