    The Intel X710-DA2 is a high-performance converged network adapter for a PCI Express slot, equipped with two SFP+ ports for 10 Gigabit Ethernet. Through its two ports it provides 1 GbE and 10 GbE connections with a maximum data transfer rate of 10 Gbps, making it well suited to demanding data center environments. The card uses a PCIe 3.0 x8 interface.

    The adapter supports Data Center Bridging (DCB), Quality of Service (QoS) and TCP/IP offloading, which help optimize network traffic. It is compatible with IPv4 and IPv6, and offers Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE), adaptive load balancing (ALB), SR-IOV, RSS and iSCSI boot support.

    Its low-profile design allows installation in compact server chassis. The card is compatible with Windows Server, Red Hat, SuSE Linux, FreeBSD and VMware ESXi.
