The ID-Cooling FROZN A620 SLK is an air CPU cooler designed to dissipate up to 260 W TDP. It supports a wide range of sockets, including Intel LGA1954, 1851, 1700, 1200, 1151, 1150 and 1155, as well as AMD AM5 and AM4.
The heatsink combines six 6 mm heat pipes, a copper base and aluminium fins. It measures 160 mm in height and weighs 1300 g including the fans. Two 120 mm fans are supplied: a slim AF-120 SLIM and an AM-120-K model.
Both fans use hydraulic bearings and a 4-pin PWM connector, running on 12 V. At maximum speed they deliver up to 110.77 m³/h of airflow with a maximum noise level of 33.9 dB(A).
