This solid PCIe slot-mountable SSD drawer enables the simple and orderly integration of 2.5" U.2/U.3 NVMe drives into the machine without separate data and power cables. The all-metal housing and frame provide excellent heat dissipation, while its compact design uses a single PCIe x4 slot, but is also compatible with x8 and x16 length slots. It is an ideal solution both for expanding desktop PCs and for professional workstations when large performance NVMe storage must be installed afterwards.

Thanks to the removable drive tray and hot-plug support, the replacement of drives can be done easily without shutting down the system. The special SFF-8639 connector is designed for at least 10,000 connection cycles, so it is reliable in the long term even in environments requiring frequent driver replacement. The LED on the tray indicates operation and activity, and optionally the signal can also be transmitted to the front panel of the machine housing.

In addition to the massive structural protection, the device has an anti-vibration design and large ventilation openings, which together reduce the harmful effects caused by vibration, and help the NVMe drive to cool properly even under load. The metal housing provides electromagnetic shielding and grounding to protect the drive from electrical interference.
