HYPERSHELL X Ultra S exoskeleton XULTRAS

The HYPERSHELL X Ultra S is an outdoor exoskeleton designed to assist movement during hiking, walking, running and travel over rough terrain. Two motors with a combined output of 1000 W and a maximum torque of 22 N·m support each step. The HyperIntuition system analyses the wearer's movement in real time and provides assistance precisely when it is needed. Assistance works up to 25 km/h and can offset a load of up to 39 kg.

Twelve adaptive assistance modes adjust automatically to stairs, slopes, snow and sand. A Boost mode and an expanded Fitness mode with Dynamic and Isotonic profiles are also available for more tailored training. Two 72 Wh batteries provide a range of up to 60 km, and a 4-port hub lets you charge them separately from the device.

The unit weighs 2.5 kg in total and folds down to a packed volume of 6.5 litres. It operates between -20 °C and 60 °C and carries an IP54 rating against dust and water splashes.
