The HP X240 10G SFP+ Direct Attach Cable (DAC) is a passive, direct-connect link for joining network devices that have SFP+ ports. Both ends carry an SFP+ connector, allowing data transfer at 10 gigabits per second. This 5-metre black cable is well suited to connecting equipment within a server rack or devices placed close together.
According to the manufacturer, the cable is compatible with HP FlexStack switches and other HPE networking equipment. It weighs around 600 grams, which makes it easy to handle and route during installation.
