The HP Switch CW 2150 is a professional, fully manageable Layer 3 switch with PoE+ support, designed for small and medium-sized businesses, branch offices and corporate networks. It suits the operation of IP telephony systems, camera systems and Wi-Fi infrastructure.

The switch provides 24 Gigabit Ethernet 10/100/1000BASE-T ports with PoE+, plus 4 SFP+ uplink ports for 1G/10G connections in the backbone. The total PoE budget is 370 W and supports the IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at standards, so IP phones, access points and surveillance cameras can be powered directly. Switching capacity reaches 128 Gbps and the forwarding rate is 95.2 Mpps.

Layer 3 routing functions include static routing, RIP and OSPF, and IRF stacking of up to 9 units is supported. Management is available through a web GUI, CLI, SNMP, REST API, and the HPE IMC and SmartMC platforms. Security features such as SSH, SSL, 802.1X, ACL and DHCP Snooping, along with 6 kV surge protection, complete the package, and the unit is rack-mountable.
