HOYA Pro ND500 52mm

The Hoya PRO ND500 52mm is a neutral density filter for lenses with a 52mm filter thread, reducing the light reaching the sensor by about nine stops. This allows wide apertures or much longer shutter speeds even in bright daylight, for example to create soft, flowing water or streaking clouds.

Thanks to the precise coating technology used in the PRO ND range, colour balance stays neutral and no noticeable colour cast appears in your images. A white balance set once remains reliable even when you change filters or when lighting conditions shift.

The filter blocks infrared light to the same extent as visible light, which further supports its colour neutrality. It affects only the amount of light entering the lens and leaves the rest of the image unchanged.
