HOYA Fusion Antistatic Next UV 55mm

The new FUSION ANTISTATIC NEXT professional filters are made in Japan using hand-selected silicates that are carefully fused and blended to produce high-performance optical glass. Then, HOYA applies an advanced 18-layer super multi-coating (both sides) formula with extreme care and precision, which greatly reduces or eliminates reflections on the glass surface and results in ultra-clear, high transmittance. This means that the filter has virtually no effect on the color balance, contrast or clarity of the final image.

The filters feature a lightweight, one-piece, low-profile aluminum frame that houses the glass. This one-piece design allows the filter to align perfectly parallel to the plane of the sensor for maximum sharpness, while the low-profile shape eliminates vignetting when used on ultra-wide-angle lenses.
