Satoru Iwata was the president and CEO of Nintendo, a talented programmer who played a key role in the creation of a series of games known and loved worldwide. As a leader, he directed the creation of the innovative platforms Nintendo DS and Wii, laid the foundations for the development of the wildly successful Pokémon GO game and the Nintendo Switch console.

In this motivational collection, the most diverse topics from the field of management theory, development and design philosophy are discussed:
how to spot bottlenecks in the business process;
how success leads us to resist change;
why it's important for programmers to never say no to anything.

Iwata was blessed with a vivid imagination and an analytical mind, but even more important were his humility and leadership ethics, with which he put people first in every situation. Being a really lovable personality, gamers and developers all over the world knew and loved him.
