The HMD Terra M is a rugged mobile phone built for demanding conditions. It is rated IP68 and IP69K for dust and water resistance, meets the MIL-STD-810H military standard and withstands drops from 1.8 metres, making it suitable for industrial sites and outdoor work.

The 2.8-inch touchscreen is protected by Gorilla Glass 3 and can be operated with gloves or wet hands. Programmable PTT and SOS keys allow quick communication, while the 100 dB speaker and dual-microphone noise reduction keep audio clear in loud work environments.

The phone runs on a Qualcomm QCM2290 processor with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage, expandable with a memory card.
