HiLook PTZ-N2C400M-D/W (2.8mm) is an advanced 4 megapixel wireless PT (Pan-Tilt) IP camera designed for outdoor use, supporting Wi-Fi 6 standard and perfectly compatible with EasyLink surveillance system. The camera also has color night vision, two-way audio communication, and intelligent automatic tracking (Auto Tracking Lite).

The camera's 1/3" Progressive Scan CMOS sensor records a sharp, detailed image with a resolution of up to 2560 × 1440 pixels (4 MP). The 2.8 mm fixed focus lens provides a wide, 96° horizontal viewing angle, making it the perfect choice for covering larger areas. The maximum image refresh rate is 20 fps at 4 MP resolution.

Smart Hybrid Light technology automatically switches between infrared (IR) and white LED lighting. When motion is detected, the camera switches on a white light, enabling 24/7 color monitoring. The range of the lighting can reach 30 meters.

The built-in microphone and speaker enable real-time voice-based communication, which is ideal for monitoring entrance doors, gates or warehouses, for example.

The camera supports the Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) standard, which provides a faster, more stable and more efficient wireless connection with a speed of up to 300 Mbps. It works in the 2.4 GHz band and does not require an Ethernet cable, but it is also equipped with an RJ45 connector.

The camera has IP66 protection, resistant to water, dust and temperature fluctuations. The plastic housing is compact and discreet, measuring 260.9 × 113.9 × 67.4 mm and weighing only 310 g.

The product is only compatible with cameras and recorders of the EasyLink product range - it cannot be used with other types of HiLook or Hikvision recorders.
- Its functionality is more limited than HiLook's normal cameras:
- It does not have a web interface,
- Cannot be configured independently,
- Can only be set via the EasyLink recorder,
- Not supported by iVMS software.
