The Hertz Venezia V5C-24 is a 5-channel marine amplifier designed for 24 V onboard systems in boats, buses and trucks. Its Class D circuitry delivers 80 W x 4 at 4 Ω, plus 330 W at 4 Ω when the high-power channels are bridged. The 24 V supply removes the need for a 12 V voltage converter, which draws high current and is hard to source.
The amplifier uses Hertz Advanced Class D technology to keep efficiency high and heat low, and it carries Hi-Res certification. Its cast-aluminium housing dissipates heat by convection, so no fan is needed. The unit is built and tested for marine use against UV exposure, salt spray, vibration, temperature extremes and thermal shock, and it is rated IPX2.
The built-in active filter section can be adjusted from the top panel and covered with a polycarbonate cover once set. Short-circuit, overload and thermal protection reset automatically. Safe-Lock connectors simplify wiring.
