HERTZ MPS 250 S2 subwoofer 250mm shallow mount

The Hertz MPS 250 S2 is a slim-mount 250 mm (10-inch) car subwoofer designed for tight installation spaces. With a maximum power rating of 1000 W and a 2-ohm impedance, it suits pickups, passenger cars and custom builds. Its ultra-compact design is optimised for sealed enclosures of 12 to 14 litres.

At an installation depth of just 82.6 mm, it fits where conventional subwoofers cannot, such as under a rear seat or hidden in the boot. It is rated at 500 W continuous and 1000 W peak power. A steel mesh grille and an aluminium trim ring are included, giving the installation a clean, finished look.

Hertz's Air Intercooling Revolution (AIR) technology channels airflow through the voice coil and magnet system to help manage heat. A die-cast aluminium basket and a six-layer copper voice coil are designed to maintain stable performance under sustained load.
