    The Hertz MPK 1650.3 PRO is a two-way speaker set designed for car audio installation. It combines a 28 mm tweeter, the MP 280.3, with a 165 mm midwoofer, the MP 165P.3, and a passive crossover with Hi-Contour switching and tweeter level control in 2 dB steps. The set is aimed at listeners who want natural, dynamic sound with clear highs and controlled bass.

    The tweeter uses a neodymium magnet, a copper voice coil and a TEA-Fibre dome with optimised geometry to keep distortion low. Its die-cast aluminium housing is CNC-machined and gives a resonance frequency of around 900 Hz. A mounting bracket for the A-pillar or dashboard is included.

    The midwoofer has a 3-ohm impedance, a 14 mm voice coil and a V-cone diaphragm. Rated at 125 W RMS with a frequency response of 45 Hz to 25 kHz, the set suits amplifiers with sufficient power.
