HERTZ MLK 165.3 2-way speaker kit

The Hertz MLK 165.3 is a two-way car speaker set, the smaller sibling of the MLK 1650.3 system from the Mille Legend range. It combines the ML 165.3 midrange-woofer, the ML 28.3 tweeter and the MLCX 165.3 crossover, designed for a dynamic and natural sound.

The ML 165.3 features a V-Cone diaphragm and a Boundary Free Surround rubber surround, providing controlled radiation even at maximum rated power. Its cotton-reinforced paper cone combines low moving mass with high stiffness, supporting accurate bass reproduction down to around 40 Hz. The ML 28.3 tweeter uses a neodymium magnet optimised with FEA for a clean high-frequency range.

The MLCX 165.3 crossover offers a Hi-Contour control to match the crossover frequency to the mounting position, plus a three-position level control in 2 dB steps for fine-tuning the tonal balance to your taste.
