This 200 g almond cream is made from almonds and cold-pressed almond oil alone. After pressing, the oil separates and settles at the bottom, leaving a thick, concentrated cream that holds the almond's valuable nutrients in a dense form. It is notably rich in vitamin E, which acts as an antioxidant, and provides significant amounts of potassium, magnesium, calcium and choline.
