This Govee three-camera TV backlight is designed for televisions measuring 75 to 85 inches. The LED strip, with 75 LEDs per metre, is mounted on the back of the TV and creates ambient lighting that visually extends the picture beyond the edges of the screen.
Three built-in cameras detect the colours and movement on screen in real time. The LEDs continuously adjust their colour to match what is being shown, which makes films, series and games more immersive. Brightness, lighting modes and colour selection can be controlled through a mobile app.
The unit is powered from the mains and carries an IP20 rating, making it suitable for indoor use. It can be integrated into smart home systems. At 871 grams, it is relatively lightweight.
