With the new Chromecast Google TV, it is no longer a device that simply plays the image of a device onto our TV screen, but a full-fledged device that forms a round whole, provides a complete user interface (Google TV) and has a remote control. Google TV continues to provide access to the most important content provider applications: Disney+, HBO Max, Netflix, Peacock, Prime Video, YouTube, YouTubeTV.

The device supports up to 4K HDR, 60 fps video, including Dolby Vision HDR. Dolby Atmos is also supported, but only the transmission and decoding of the audio format is not.
