GODOX X3 flash trigger - Sony

The Godox X3 is a wireless TTL flash trigger with a touchscreen OLED display, designed to control flash settings directly from the camera. It mounts on the hot shoe and connects to compatible Godox flashes through the 2.4 GHz Godox Wireless X system. Switching between TTL and manual mode is quick, so the lighting can be adapted to different shooting situations without much delay.

The OLED screen has adjustable brightness, making it readable both indoors and outdoors. A screen lock helps prevent accidental touches during shooting. Settings can also be adjusted with side buttons, which is useful when wearing gloves. A channel scanning function is intended to reduce interference from other users on the same channel.

The built-in lithium battery is charged via USB-C and takes about two hours to reach full charge. The same port can be used for firmware updates. Weighing 48 g and measuring 4 x 4.7 x 3.9 cm, the trigger stays compact and light on the hot shoe.
