GL.INET Wi-Fi 7 dual-band router 5x 2.5G Ethernet GL-BE6500

The GL.iNet GL-BE6500 is a dual-band Wi-Fi 7 router designed for complex home networks, small and medium-sized businesses, and users with many devices connected at the same time. Total wireless throughput reaches up to 6500 Mbps, with 688 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band and 5764 Mbps on the 5 GHz band. Five 2.5G Ethernet ports provide fast wired connections for computers, NAS servers, game consoles or cameras, and one LAN port can also be configured as a second WAN port.

Wi-Fi 7 technologies such as MLO, 4K QAM and Multi-RU Puncturing make efficient use of the available bandwidth, even with many active devices. Four foldable external antennas and six FEM modules strengthen the signal, offering coverage of around 232 m². Multi-WAN, failover and load balancing functions, together with extensive VPN support including WireGuard and OpenVPN, make the router a flexible choice for smart homes, offices and home labs. It runs on an OpenWrt-based system with a 1.5 GHz quad-core processor and 1 GB of DDR4 memory.
