The Girmi FG84 Ecofrit Crisp is an air fryer from the Incanto range, with a 6.5-litre capacity. It is suited to preparing chips, meat, fish, vegetables and even cakes, using only a small amount of oil. According to the manufacturer, it needs up to 80% less fat than conventional frying. Rapid air circulation cooks food evenly, so it stays crisp on the outside and tender inside.
