The Gedore 226 E-1 is a rubber mallet designed for fitting and securing sensitive components such as door locks, plasterboard, tiles and paving stones. Its head measures 55 mm in diameter and 90 mm in height, with a hardness of 90 Shore A, so it delivers force gently and without damaging the workpiece.
The handle is made of ash wood, which offers good impact resistance and durability. The mallet has an overall length of 320 mm and weighs just 370 grams, so it remains easy to handle during longer jobs.
The tool suits DIY projects, garden work and workshop use alike. Replacement handle (E 224 E-32) and replacement head (E 224-32) are available as options, allowing the mallet to be maintained and kept in service economically over the long term.
