Gastro-plus is a herbal digestive tea blend designed to support digestion with a complex effect. Its slightly bitter herbal blend of lemon balm, peppermint, sweet fennel, chamomile flowers, ginger root, feverfew and catmint is meant to stimulate appetite, counter low stomach acid, and ease cramping and bloating caused by poor digestion. It also promotes the secretion of gastric juice and bile.

For best results, drink the tea at least half an hour before meals, in slow sips, as the effect takes time to develop. When used as a cure over 3 to 4 weeks, three cups a day are recommended. The pack contains 20 tea filter bags of 1 g each, 20 g in total. Not recommended for people allergic to plants of the daisy family, or during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
