Safety features include an SOS button, fall detection, GPS location and a geofence function. Through the Garett Care app, a carer can follow the wearer's location and health data remotely. The watch also alerts when the wrist strap is removed.

Health monitoring covers heart rate, blood oxygen, blood pressure and calories, and medication and drinking reminders can be set. Sports functions such as walking, running and a step counter are included, along with IP68 water resistance. A 700 mAh battery is rated for all-day use.
