The FNIRSI WMT-10 is an advanced, non-invasive moisture meter that provides fast and accurate readings without the need to puncture surfaces. Thanks to its induction technology and four measurement methods, it can be used well for testing wooden materials as well as walls, floors or building materials. The high resolution (0.1%) and the wide measurement range of up to 75% allow accurate results to be obtained in seconds. The large, 2.4" TFT color screen ensures legibility even in dark rooms, and the built-in flashlight further aids work even in difficult conditions.
The WMT-10 offers four dedicated modes, including softwood mode for softwood (beech, spruce, birch, cherry, etc.), hardwood mode for hardwood (teak, walnut, ash, oak, etc.), masonry mode for masonry surfaces (brick, stone, compacted soil), and powdered wall mode for plaster and concrete (limestone walls, ceilings, floors). We have programmed a suitable measurement range for each operating mode - up to a moisture content of 75% at a measurement depth of 17 mm.
The meter has a highly sensitive electromagnetic wave sensor and an extra wide measuring panel measuring 40.5 x 40.5 cm. The device offers light and sound signals when the limit values are exceeded, a HOLD function to stop the reading, and a memory for up to 30 measurements. This allows easy comparison of results and returning to previous measurement results at any time.
The FNIRSI WMT-10 is not only about functionality, but also about sophisticated ergonomics. The case with a non-slip design and silicone coating fits well in the hand, and the soft plastic buttons make it easy to use. The built-in 1000 mAh battery with USB-C charging ensures long use and can be set to automatically turn off after 5, 10 or 15 minutes. Thanks to its compact size, the meter fits easily in a tool bag.
