The Fischer Power-Fast II chipboard screw, measuring 5 x 70 mm, is a fastening solution for general woodworking. It is galvanised steel, giving it lasting corrosion resistance, and features a countersunk head that sits flush with the surface. The fully threaded screw has a diameter of 5 mm and a length of 70 mm.
The TX 20 internal Torx drive ensures secure, slip-free driving. The enlarged thread pitch noticeably reduces driving time, while the three-lobed screw tip allows quick starting and pilot-free insertion. Each pack contains 50 screws.
Typical applications include timber joints, cladding, skirting boards and fixing door and metal fittings. It is suitable for softwood and hardwood, plywood, chipboard and OSB panels.
