The Fischer Power-Fast II wood screw is a partially threaded countersunk screw made from high-quality galvanised steel, measuring 5.0 x 90 mm. The pack contains 30 screws suitable for general woodworking joints, assembling components, and for door and metal fittings.
The enlarged thread pitch significantly shortens driving time. The triple-ribbed screw tip gives quick grip and a self-drilling effect, while the combination of shank cutting ribs and core geometry noticeably reduces driving resistance.
The screw is suitable for fixing solid wood, veneered laminated board (e.g. Multiplex), hardwood (with pre-drilling), chipboard and coarse chipboard (e.g. OSB), plywood and softwood.
