Product description
The Fischer DUOPOWER 8x40 is a universal plug made from two-component nylon, suitable for fixing into solid masonry, hollow materials and board-based building materials such as concrete, plasterboard, brick, and aerated concrete. In solid material the plug expands as the screw is tightened, while in hollow and board materials a knot-type effect provides a secure hold. One type is therefore enough for most fitting jobs.
The pack contains 8 plugs measuring 8x40 mm, each with a matching screw. The drill hole should be 8 mm in diameter. Typical uses include curtain rails, lightweight mirror cabinets, lamps and shelves.
Each set also includes 10 self-adhesive cover caps in black, white, brown and grey, allowing the plug to be neatly concealed.
